During the three day event, a charging station for cell phones placed in the Garage section of the Outer Plaza was powered\u00a0solely\u00a0by the energy\u00a0generated by the river turbines installed in the Saint-Gabriel Lock, located about 600 meters from the site of C2 Montreal. The river\u00a0turbines was also exposed in the E-Merge section, that combined art and emerging technologies.<\/p>\n<p><a
